We Charge $25 for shipping and handling fees. We also insure all of your luxury items with this fee to keep your precious extensions safe while it is in transit to you, our valued customer. Signature confirmation is required on all packages so unfortunately we don't ship to P.O. boxes. 

Our bundles weigh 4-5 oz and are fully thick from root to tip so 2-3 bundles are recommended for natural density when using lengths 12-20", 22" and above will require 3-4 bundles for full thickness since the weight of the hair is in the length of the hair. Two of the longest lengths are always recommended. This information is advised when also using a lace closure or lace frontal as well. 13x6 lace frontals take up a significant amount off your head space.

It is a proven fact that Giovonni Hair will last several years with the proper maintenance.

What are Bleached knots? Bleached Knots is a service feature that we now offer for lace closures and lace frontals only (not full lace wigs) that allows the appearance of the lace closure and or lace frontal to already have a natural appearing lace and scalp illusion. Bleaching the knots will make the lace transparent reflecting whatever skin stone that you are underneath, making it ready to install already appearing natural. This service adds 3-5 business days to you 5-7 business day shipping time no exceptions. Expediting this service may or may not be available due to volume of orders. At the time we do not offer customized lace frontals. However our lace frontals come with a natural less dense hairline but you will still need to have your lace frontal customized to your specific hair line desire.

It Is highly recommended to wash your extensions with sulfate free products, deep condition, apply light oil and allow to air dry prior to installation this also gives the consumer a first hand interaction with this beautiful hair. Initial co-wash restores hairs natural oils and moisture allowing it to remain soft, bouncy and tangle free. Co-washing is essential once every 1-2 weeks when wearing the hair constantly. Preserving the hair through co-washing will demote minimal shedding and or minimal tangling. Co-washing and applying light weight oils is essential if the hair has been chemically treated or colored and should be done more frequently in this case to prevent drying and breakage.

Yes. Virgin hair is cut from original donors. Oil preserves the hair. Keeping the hair moisturized with light weight oils such as Moroccan Argan oil will keep the hair from drying out. Very small amounts of oil is recommended after co-washing and during weekly wear in between washes. More oil should be used if the hair has be bleached or colored.

Virgin full lace wigs should be maintained the same as bundles. Lace wigs are constructed from a mesh lace cap that attaches each hair follicle to the unit. Its important to keep lace underneath hydrated and from drying by spraying light oil sheen underneath the lace cap away from hair. Also keep Moroccan oil in the hair same the bundles to keep hair moisture and from breaking off the lace cap. Properly maintaining and restoring the hair on the the full lace wig will demote shedding and allow full lace wig to stay full and last up to 5months.

Units may be washed same as co-washing the bundles by removing it from your head. Direct the hair with a wide tooth comb from the bottom to the top.

Lace frontal adhesives can be removed with 91% alcohol and or lace glue remover.

​We will prosecute any fraudulent buyers or customers deliberately creating chargebacks for authorized purchases. Lawsuit documents from small claims court will be Mailed to the billing address where customer will be subpoenaed to our states local court.

 Yes. Hair extensions should be colored by professionals so that the extension won't be over processed.

There are absolutely No REFUNDS. Our hair is carefully inspected before we send it to our most valued customers. Therefore if the hair does not meet Giovonni Hair Company's golden standards we will then exchange the unworn/unused hair within 7 business days. The hair must be in the same state as when is was purchased and or received no exceptions. Full Lace WIGS worn or unworn CANNOT be returned or exchanged, full lace wigs are pre-ordered and made to order items so please be sure to order your correct size and lace color. Giovonni Hair Company will not exchange or order a new wig to be made just because the customer did not input their correct sizing and or lace color.

Density means fullness of the full lace wig. Please see the density chart under the full lace wig tab.

13” across the hairline and 4 “long or 6 “ long in part spacing, is the difference between 13x4 and 13x6 lace frontals. 13x6 lace frontals cover a significant portion of the head space please keep that in mind if your head is small or if you wish to use 3 or more bundles in your head. 13x 6 lace frontals have 6” long parts throughout the frontal and 13x4 lace frontals have 4” long part throughout the frontal.

This is a lace frontal that covers the entire perimeter allowing you to put your install in high natural looking ponytails will require adhesive or tape. Please see product description.

The glued full lace wig require adhesive or lace tape as the entire base is lace and the glueless wig has combs and clips in the inside with and adjustable strap in the back which can be installed glueless.

The standard wigs are not customized with bleached and the shelf wigs are customized with bleached and ready to wear being styled .
